Partner Capacity Building Coordinator

About this opportunity

Compassion International is inviting applications for a Partner Capacity Building Coordinator, a full-time opportunity supporting local organisations involved in humanitarian response and disaster preparedness programmes. The role focuses on strengthening the organisational systems, technical capabilities and operational readiness of partner organisations working to serve vulnerable children and communities affected by crises. The successful candidate will help local partners improve their ability to compete for, manage and implement United States Government-funded awards. Responsibilities include organisational capacity assessments, coaching, technical assistance, compliance support, training coordination and monitoring progress against partner development plans. The position is supported by grant funding currently approved for one year. Applications are open to qualified candidates based in the United States or Latin America.
