Palestine-Oxford Scholarship in Geography and the Environment

The University of Oxford, through its School of Geography and the Environment (SoGE), is inviting applications for the Palestine-Oxford Scholarship in Geography and the Environment 2027. This fully funded doctoral scholarship is designed to support a Palestinian scholar pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil/PhD) in geography, environmental research or a related field at Oxford, beginning in October 2027. The scholarship aims to strengthen Palestinian higher education by equipping a future academic leader with advanced research training, international academic experience and opportunities to contribute to the development of Palestinian universities. The award covers doctoral tuition fees for three years, a living stipend, research expenses, eligible travel costs, visa fees and the UK National Health Service (NHS) surcharge. The application deadline is 26 January 2027 at 12:00 noon UK time.
