The University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) has opened applications for its Master of Science in Health Professions Education (MSc-HPE) through the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program, offering an opportunity for eligible young Africans to pursue an 18-month postgraduate programme focused on transforming health professions education across the continent. Applications opened on 6 October 2026 and will close on 25 October 2026 at 11:59 PM CAT. The programme is delivered through a blended learning model, combining online study with intensive in-person sessions at UGHE in Rwanda. Eligible scholars receive support through the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program.
