The France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship Programme 2027 offers international students an opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies in France with financial support from the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. The programme aims to attract outstanding international talent to French higher education institutions and prepare future leaders in the public and private sectors. Administered through Campus France, the scholarship supports selected candidates undertaking eligible Master's, engineering or doctoral studies in priority academic fields. From January 2026, the programme provides a monthly allowance of €1,200 for Master's students and €2,100 for doctoral candidates, alongside additional services to support international mobility and student life in France. A key feature of the programme is that students cannot apply directly. Applications must be prepared and submitted by eligible French higher education institutions on behalf of their selected candidates.
