UONGOZI Institute invites applications from mid-level executives across Africa for the 2026-2027 Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP), a dynamic, self-paced leadership development initiative designed to strengthen leadership capacity, promote personal growth, and equip professionals to drive meaningful change within their organisations and communities. Delivered in collaboration with the HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management, the six-month programme features six modules facilitated by internationally recognised leadership development experts. It challenges participants to deepen their self-awareness, cultivate resilience, adopt a growth mindset, and develop the skills needed to inspire and mobilise others towards shared goals.
